Meeting Minds Indemnity
- You agree that by becoming a member of Meeting Minds that you do so at your own risk.
- You agree to indemnify Meeting Minds and its owner Adam Donkin from any form of litigation associated with being part of this group.
- You accept that you may receive referral for business and that you may not.
- Referrals provided by members of Meeting Minds are referrals only and in no way guarantee business success or failure.
- Should you decide to act on any resulting actions coming from your involvement in Meeting Minds, it is at your own risk, and should you suffer loss in any way, you will not hold any member of Meeting Minds, Meeting Minds or its owner responsible.
- Any advice given whether private or business advice is given in good will, and that in accepting the advice and acting upon it you accept personally any risk, for any outcome or actions that may proceed against you, and that you will not hold the provider of that advice, a Meeting Minds Member, Meeting Minds or its owner responsible in any way.
- You agree that you shall not take any legal action against Meeting Minds or its owner for any reason regarding any of the above, or for being ejected from the network group for any reason what-so-ever.
- You accept that your membership can be terminated at any time.
- Payment of membership is done so as an acceptance of these terms.
