The industry is changing and so are we as the digital age means nearly every transfer is completed digitally.  Choosing a Settlement Agent is just as important as the property you may be selling or buying. We aren’t all the same. My focus is the person or people I am dealing with. Making sure the i’s are dotted, the t’s are crossed and their interests are protected.

Settlements and Conveyancing is more than just property. It covers  other aspects such as  Commercial Property, Sub Divisions, Deceased estates, Change of Name, Transfer of Property  due to Family Court Orders, Change of Trustees in Super Funds to name a few.  

A great success story  was something others would have run from. It involved a termination of a strata plan, merger of lots and re subdivision of the lots to  green titles also dealing with 2 clients, the surveyor, Department of Planning and the clients banks. Although quite complex  we  successfully completed the settlement and made for  2 very happy clients .
